I have experience working with a wide range of issues including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

What I Offer

I can offer a safe, non-judgemental, professional and confidential space for you to explore and share your concerns, worries, problems and experiences, where you will be heard, accepted and respected.

I have a comfortable, private therapy room in Crosby and can provide counselling face to face, online, or by phone. I'm 'walk and talk' trained and can arrange to meet clients to work outside.

I have a temperament assessed, registered and insured therapy dog who can be brought into sessions if requested and appropriate.

Fees

I charge £50.00 per therapeutic hour for counselling sessions.

Clinical hypnotherapy is charged at £60.00 per session. I allow up to 90 minutes for a first hypnotherapy session and the fee includes individualised script writing.

Get in touch

“Therapy is about understanding the self that you are. But part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself—to let go of the limiting stories you’ve told yourself about who you are, so that you aren’t trapped by them, so you can live your life and not the story you’ve been telling yourself about your life.”
